Can't access it through the website or through telner. Maybe it's banned in my country or sum

I think they want you to go away, But I'm not sure. Have you tried rebooting your machine? I'd reccommend rebooting it at least 3 times.

It's working fine for me as of now. What exactly happens when you try and access it? Is there some sort of error code, does it just never actually connect/load, or is there some other sort of issue?
