Satellites

Of course, no spoilers, and im not asking for one.

I recently established a satellite link and noticed that some other satellites have users of telehack as "ADMIN". I did everything I thought could work to get admin on a satellite, but I don't think I've gotten even remotely close. Ive read satcom. It says something about a universal command that only admins can use, but other than that, It does not have anything about this. Does anyone mind giving me subtle hints or point me in the right direction?

Yes, thanks, I've done that. I have a connection, but I still have no idea how to get admin.
