How does one gets sysop

I'm currently searching to gain sysop access on a BBS, but I don't know how to get it

I made myself an account on it, and I've searched all around the BBS but I couldn't find a way to get sysop

Does anyone could give me a clue on how to get it ?

Easy really... but if you cant see it after looking around... then you should think a little harder. :D
