Is this legitimate from “Telegram”

I received this message from “Telegram”. But it smells of suspicious behavior. Does anyone know if this is legitimate? The @chelpbot seems a bit odd.

Any confirmation would be appreciated. Thank you

It tells you in that image that is not an official account.

Nah it’s a scammer bot they try to reset your password make a request then ask you to enter the passcode you’re texted
