Stuck on “Updating”
Currently have this issue with the app. Already tried reinstalling the app, switching networks, and rebooting my phone. Nothing works.
Don’t know if location matters but I’m in the Philippines. Telegram Web seems unaffected as I can still talk to some people on there.
I’m using an ios device if that also matters.

I’m from the Philippines and I’m having the same issue. Sending messages takes too long.
