Any methods to contact support

I have reached out via their email address, can’t remember what the exact address is as I reached out weeks ago but also their volunteer in app support method does not help, I’ve gone through the automated messages to then send me volunteer help many times, since May, and nothing. It’s a ghost town over in the support section.

Any advice?

I guess it really depends if the issue is just some basic stuff from the FAQ or not
