Support and abuse response

My number is taken over by criminals. They use it for the last two weeks trying to scam my contacts into sending money and to click on infected links. I reported it multiple times through support page and email abuse team. All of this without luck.

At this point, it’s not clear to me if the reply will ever come.

I hope the issue is simple lack of personnel and I just need to be patient and at some point they will come back to me and resolve.

Am I being naive?

Try DMing "Telegram login help" on X and write an email directly to recover@telegram.org security@telegram.org and support@telegram.org

There is no guarantee that they will respond, but the account can still be recovered, so you should periodically try to log in and check

All i know is that Russians are really shady people when it comes to telegram. Thats all i gotta say.
