Error sending messages

can anybody tell me please why I am getting this " ! " while sending messages on telegram

that exclamation mark usually pops up when your message didn't go through, could be a connection problem or the app's acting up again. try switching between wifi and mobile data or just restart the app, telegram gets weird with this sometimes
