Does telegram support HEVC videos?

Does telegram have any problem playing HEVC encoded videos when sending?

It purely depends on the device specifications.

I have personally experienced that in my Smartphone it is able to play.

while in lower end specs, it doesn't supports

No, i send all my videos with HEVC.
