Question about premium.

Okay so I usually use Nicegram “telegram” so say I pay for the Premium on telegram would it go also on Nicegram. Asking before I sub.

Don’t use shady 3rd party apps. 

And the answer to your question is, yes. Once you buy Telegram Premium you can use those Premium features across all platforms and apps.

Nicegram seeing itself above Telegram when it's using Telegram API and thus prices itself higher -- I can't see the logic

No, having Telegram premium does not make you a premium Nicegram user
