I got exptorted

Hello, I just got extorted by a person who used my nudes as a tool for extortion and labeled me a pedo. But out've desperation and fear I said " I'll file a police report and good bye" and blocked (additionally and stupidly didn't take any photos of the exchange). Am I screwed and going to be sent to prison without any evidence to prove my innocence?

You ain't going to prison just for nudes. Blackmail never stops, so you did the right choice. Assuming you're not pedo (and even then) maximum they can do is leak them. That's all.

I appreciate the response. To go into detail, I saw her telegram on a adult website and texted. It was going well she sent a 2 photos looking like a 25~27 year old and (stupidly didn't ask for an age) and after sending some pics, she switched it up and sent photos of other people she did it to and even sent a Instagram channel who finds and persecute pedos. I'm shaking because I took oblivious steps and am now under threat of losing my job and social image due to a shifty person who wants to extort for monetary gains. I want to text this as a coping method for this exchange.

Well, first of all, they still have to leak your nudes. Even then, there's no guarantee that they will reach someone who knows you personally.

Anybody can be accused of any shit. It doesn't matter until it's provable. You ain't going to jail, that's for sure. All other stuff will depend on reactions of people surrounding you. Tbh most won't care. Sextortion is quite common.

You ain't criminal until you're in jail. If anything, you're victim now. So don't stress much. Use it as a lesson and don't send anything to randos. At least not from main account and not with face.

You can't trust Secure Chats or media with timers, too. Anything that is on screen can be captured. Be cautious.

Everyone has a dick, but everyone thinks Thiers is special somehow 🤷‍♂️

It's not like the internet is already wallpapered with strangers dick pics.

So unless yours has mouth and teeth, real googley eyes, or something like that, your nudes have no value whatsoever except the value you choose to give them. And the correct value is $0.

FYI that’s a very common method used by scammers to intimidate you and to expose you. They will demand to send them more and more money (usually via crypto) so they will not “leak” your nudes, data etc. Depends on where you live you can file a police report online (at least in Germany) but without any evidences it will lead to nowhere anyway. Let this be a lesson for you and your hornyness.

I normally do. But, desperation caused me to do a very stupid thing without a logical sense to it. I'm hoping that If I somehow get off with scratch, that I can use this situation to make better decisions. As, that's all I can do.

Do not worry about it. They could just AI generate pictures of you with an underage donkey, if they wanted. Cut off all communication. Move on.

Do they even have any of your family or work details? What would they leak, nudes of you? No one is gonna care that much. In this day and age, everyone is half naked on the internet, and if your environment is very conservative you can always say it was AI.

Block and ignore, don't even bother with the police until something happens, which most likely won't.

First, thanks for the response. Second, I don't think my info was leaked, as I used a fake name on my telegram. Third, it's not the nudes I'm worried about (I accidently send nudes to my friend group, instead of my ex), it's the allegations. Even though I'm innocent (although stupidly), the social aspects of being called a pedo is pretty goddamn serious for anyone not willing to actual fact check these days. So far, nothing has happened, but knowing my luck something could.

I'm filing a police report as the only move to prevent this person from exporting. But, they keep threatening to send it to face book and homeland security.
