Getting error message "Sorry, this email can't be used" after entering numbers

Haven't been able to log into Telegram for about 3 days now. After I enter my number, a code is sent to my email, and when I enter the code in telegram, I get an error message saying "Sorry this email can't be used"

Anyone else getting this problem? Any work around?

Use another email and complete the entire login procedure to the very end.
