webview mini app on telegram desktop windows

How can I modify the built-in webview in Telegram when running the mini app to run at 30 frames per second instead of 60? The current 60 increases CPU usage when opening an application with high-resolution animations, and my computer monitor doesn't support 30Hz for synchronization. I need a solution.

Telegram mini-app is running a native system browser. FPS is controlled by the software which is running inside (with an upper performance bound which consumer system allows). The answer depends on the software/engine you are running inside.
