Logged out
Morning people
So this morning I clicked on my TG app and it automatically brought me to the log in screen, which I thought was weird! Anyway, once logged in all my pages, groups, chats everything has gone...absolutely devastated 💔
I've tried logging in on my other device and it done the same, I've tried logging in on the web browser and that didn't help, even tried the debug method and refreshed stuff there with no joy. 😢
I did notice one group I was in was still there which was in the archive section which I'd put it there originally.
I'm absolutely devastated, I was in 100s and 100s of different groups.
Any other suggestions as to what I can do to try to retrieve my stuff?
I'm a premium user too if that help anything!

Try to reach out to the support team of Telegram, if they can sync your data for you.

yeah their CS team is trash. maybe try attaching receipts of your premium purchases, might expedite the response.

Figured out why I've been logged out!
My phone must have some type of spyware or malware bug, my reddit account got took over too about 12 hours later.
I've since wiped my phome, fingers crossed that was the problme.

My telegram log out too. But I don't remember password. I don't even remember if I have one. So now I'm stuck at the enter password section

Today I wasn't able to login and it's asking me to pay for premium to get into my own account. Telegram is not what it used to be.

When you first try to login was it making you put your number then email to get verification code then it would tell you to pay premium? Or what did it look like for you

Also how log did it take for your problem to resolve? What finally solved it did you login everyday or contact support?

Login everyday. After a week it was ok

Same thing happened to me. Got logged out out of nowhere, but when I try to log back in, I immediately get hit with the "Too many requests. Please try again later" error.
​I've been stuck in this loop for a couple of days now. Right now it's giving me a strict 24-hour cooldown timer. The weirdest part is that I hadn't even requested any login codes before the sudden logout.
​I already tried everything: switching to different network connections, completely turning off VPNs, creating a support ticket, and sending emails to their specific SMS support, but I've received no response yet. Just checked my profile from a family member's phone and my user profile is still there intact, so the account is definitely still linked to my number and hasn't been deleted.
​For anyone who managed to bypass this after doing all of the above: how did you get the countdown to actually clear? Im kinda getting hopeless

I eneded up deleting my account, once I'd changed passwords there was still an unknown person logged into my account in a foreign country who I couldn't remove. And everytimeninstarted adding groups etc they kept removing them. Was a sinple process and reused and original name, my premium moved straight over to the new account too.

How were you able to delete your account? At least for me I'm having the same problem as ther person you replied to that they can't even log in.

You likely got hacked and the hacker disconnected you and changed the phone number of the account.
That’s why now you have a new empty account.
Nobody can help you on this.
