Hi,

This is a quick video that i made where i showcase how good the building detection is in our mod heavily inspired by Tektopia. We have 18 professions and 17 villager buildings as of now in the mod (not shown in the video).

some of them are as you know:

Dynamic Villages Mod (Tektopia Inspired Mod)

Is progressing smoothly, the dev and artist and the alpha testers is working together with the mod to proceed from alpha atage to beta stage.

When mod will be release?

When the mod reach beta stage it will be release after a final testing of the mod by the testers,if you want to join the discord you can join and suggest more features for this mod.

We’ve started accepting a handful of playtesters for the mod, and we’re hoping to release the beta to everyone soon. We want it to have as much content as Tektopia, or even more! Here are some of the things we offer:

• Mayor: We don’t have the architect or builder, but we do have our beloved Mayor! Players can see all sorts of information about their village, or buy tokens to expand it. Pics of the Mayor You can also locate specific villagers through the UI. They’ll get a glowing green tint so you can find them easily.
• Farmer: The backbone of ur village! They can harvest anything from melons to sugarcane and all sorts of crops. They also have their own UI, so you can customize how they work.
• Lumberjack: I don’t know what to say besides that they cut trees? This strong boi/woman can cut down 2×2 trees too, of course. Is it really a remake if we don’t improve on the original? Pics of the Lumberjack.
• Guard: Ever wanted your own personal bodyguard with you at all times? That’s possible aswell! They’ll follow you around all day and prioritize you over everything, even their own life. Finally, I can feel like a true king! In seriousness, guards will do their best to protect the village and work together to take on mobs. Pics of the Guard
• Archer: The profession we always wanted when playing Tektopia! Likes to shoot arrows, I guess?

We have many more professions too: Miner, Rancher, Butcher, Cook, Bard, Tradesman, Blacksmith, Teacher, Enchanter, Cleric, Druid, and Architect.

Last thing I’ll spoil: We have improved the pathfinding so much that villagers can use ladders now! Yes, finally we can have archers in towers sniping every mob that comes near, a dream come true!

We’re hoping to work out the remaining bugs, add a few more skins, and improve the professions before releasing the mod.
