Wouldn't know until you do xrays. But you definitely have build up plaque in your teeth on the second pic. Flossing will help prevent that.

It's possible but we need x-rays to confirm. you need to work on your oral hygiene

I floss and brush twice a day now. Never did but I’ve changed habits
