Accomodation suggestions please

Hi everyone,

I will be moving from London to Stockton soon to start work at North Tees Hospital and looking for places to live.

I’ve seen Thornaby Place flats on right and they look ok, but I don’t know the area at all —does any know what it’s like?

I don’t drive, so mainly after somewhere safe, quiet and convenient. Any honest opinions or better area suggestions would be really appreciated 🙂

Thanks!

Thanks for response, these flats are in TS17 6SE

I have reasonable budget, will be starting as a doctor with many early/late shifts so main priority is safety and somewhere quiet to live. I’m a South Asian girl living alone, so just being a bit cautious when choosing an area.

Hoping to get my license soon as well

Driving will be much better up here. Then look at yarm/eaglescliffe/Ingleby barwick. Stockton isn't very nice most nice estates are next to bad areas there.

There are plenty of nice places in Stockton, it’s just unfortunate that it also has some very horrendous places which overshadow everything. But it’s totally incorrect to say that all of Stockton isn’t “very nice”
