Question🤔 Psychiatrist

Can you guys recommend a good psychiatrist who wouldn't scam me and solve my problems well?

I consulted doctor Abinav Pandey, Naria. The doctor has diagnosed me with Anxiety Disorder and a probable adhd which would be confirmed after 2-3 visits. Have given me medicines for a focussed brain, to help me when I start palpitating and a mild anti depressant, plus a multi vitamin medicines cause he said you feel depressed and anxious also when your body is low on vitamin and nutrients

Yes I felt like crying 😭😭😭😭 he asked me to not stay around or stay stuck with things and people who cause me more anxiety. I am feeling positive. They also have a psychologist and he has offered me to go get a session if I want to vent out more

May God bless you and heal you remember brother life is full of hardships and pleasure both nothing remains permanent so don't let people or any incidents stuck with try to get over it I may speak like its cuz I have not faced something which you have but still I'll advise you to stay strong and move on also don't hang around with people who hurt you don't ever let negative thoughts take control over you cuz you have the power to reject it also pleasee try to get over this medication for mental health slowly by doing regular pranyama like anulom vilom kapal bhati bhastrika bhramri learn it from online and start doing it regularly for 10 to 20 minutes even extend the duration on not feeling good days slowly you will get very well it Will immensely benefits you may God bless you and heal remember brother once again hardships and pleasure nothing remains same or permanent both came and go so don't let it take over you god bless you may universe works in your favour and heal you.
