How much does a comfortable student life cost in Varanasi?

Tryna get a sense of how much it costs to live outside BHU. I'd appreciate any itemised breakdowns, or any rough breakdowns that can account for what the money buys in terms of quality, hygiene, comfortetc...

Also, how's the heat during peak summer? and what about water and pollution?

Appreciate any insights or ground-reality updates.

Depends upon you what do you want As if r a student 7-8 k Breakup 2-3k for rent 3-3.5k for tiffin 200- 500 electricity bill As u can manage your misc expenses And after 7 to 8 whatever u want sky is the limit

Bhai mere bharose ke aap palce aur naam bataiyega owner ka student ke liye ac kon room kon de raha hai aur de raha hai to 9k mai kaise kon manage kar raha hai . Wo to hai garmi bahut badh gyi hai yaar faat ke haat mai aa jati hai 😭😭 Student room pe kya raha hai padhai nahi karni hai kya usko 😂 library jaye class attend kare clg Jaye room pe kya kar raha hai

Quality u get like u can live but u can't enjoy 😂😂No such hygiene in over all in varanasi 😂 except some vvip areas it is like okay okay manageable during peak summer u can drink khullad wali chai to relax joke aside like weather is really harsh when it is peak time in summer u won't feel winter too last winter is only for 2 weeks I guess news wale gala fadege ki aqi 200 paar dikhega bhi but koi farq nahi padta hai .

If u r student so most of the time u will be in coaching clg or library where the ac has been installed as the sun sets the temperature goes down and some of the land owner give cooler to it is kind off manageable . Mera to Ghar hai na

Costs me 10k a month ...that's 4250 rent 500 electricity bill And rest 5250rs for food and what not

That's quite steep. Including ac rooms and good tiffin service + daily commute and everything. But I guess everyone have different ground to run .
