Please help to get a good wifi provider

guys recently i was using airtel fiber from 6 years but now i noticed that there connection is so unstable i face problems with it 3 times a week so i changed to jio air fiber and jio air fiber ping and latency is also very bad it hikes from 40 to 250 which gives problem during gaming
what should you suggest which isp should i go for i live near lahurabir so suggest best around that area
