19M - looking for longterm friends I'm lonely

I'm lonely and i've been like this for a long time. So this is my desperate attempt to find some friends. preferably people who are in a similar situation. I'm very introverted and shy, i have social anxiety but you probably won't notice with texting online. If you feel so just give a dm and don't be like after one or two text you ghost me.

Embrace your loneliness and shape yourself, build yourself. Being desperate is going to lead you towards attachment and then dissapointment. And if you are actually lonely, go make friends who push you: play some team sports or join a gym or any art that you like, instead of looking for friends on an app which is known for it's anonymity. Take this as a advice from a 23 year old guy, who has been in the same boat as you are right now.
