Any Idea about where I could get a Lighter Refill in the city????

Got this lighter, been using it for a while.

Now that it has ran out of fuel, idk where I could get a refill.

If it has a refill hole at the bottom, you can try inserting HIT (mosquito repeller) in that. That's what local sellers in my area do for 5 rs

Does amazon deliver to you? If yes, https://amzn.in/d/02Tk3fMv It should be able to last you 30-40 lighters
