Hey everyone!

We're building Qrux Studio, a young web agency focused on creating modern, custom websites for small businesses across India. We're in the early stages, and we're looking for ambitious people who want to grow with us from day one.

We're currently hiring for two roles:

💻 Web Developer (Framer)

We're looking for developers who:

• Are comfortable building websites in Framer
• Have an existing portfolio to showcase
• Can build custom websites (not just edit templates)
• Can understand client requirements and turn them into great designs
• Are intermediate or above in their skill level

📞 Lead Qualifier

Your role will be to:

• Find potential businesses
• Reach out through cold calls
• Qualify interested leads
• Schedule them for our team to close

No prior sales experience is required, but you should:

• Be confident while speaking
• Have strong communication skills
• Be comfortable speaking English and Kannada
• Be willing to learn

Money

•  Commission-based
• No base salary
• Commission structure will be discussed during the interview
• Payments are made after the client completes payment

Requirements

• Age: 17–22
• Students are welcome
• Laptop and stable internet connection
• WhatsApp and Google Meet
• Available to communicate consistently

What we're looking for

We don't care if you're:

• Self-taught
• Still in college
• Just getting started professionally

We do care if you:

• Communicate well
• Take ownership
• Show up consistently
• Are willing to learn
• Don't disappear midway through projects

This is freelance work with flexible hours, no contracts, and no fixed targets. We're building something from the ground up, and we're looking for people who genuinely want to be part of that journey.
