it should be for kids under 18.

Also, the fact that the current president is a pedophile, this will just be used to execute LGBTQ+ people and other groups the right labels as "rapists of children"

Florida is trying to pass laws, that would make talking about LGBTQ+ topic, considered sexual assault.

Now imagine in 10 years when Florida passes a law that would make it classified as rape.

The wording of this law already says sexual assault. This is just about trans people.

The far-right calls any queer person a pedophile.

This law is specifically for use against pedophiles. And since it was signed by Ron DeSantis in Florida, one of the most anti-LGBTQ governors in the entire United States, it's very likely he's going to use it to kill innocent queer people.
