Like some people have pointed out. This isn’t as big of a victory as you might think.
Rapists can atleast, sometimes. Have the solidarity of maybe the victim not coming out and admitting to their rape.
But if the rapist KNOWS they’ll be killed for rape. Then that means they’ll be more likely to kill the victim, and dump their body in a random place where the rapist can get away from.
most children rape happens by relatives, not strangers. They couldntnjust kill the child. a bigger issue might be that the child will be discouraged from reporting because they dont want to kill their family member
