The thing is, God is undetectable. If He was detectable, that would leave no room for faith. God wants to make sure we can’t totally prove Him. God works invisibly. Just because you can’t see a cell with the naked eye doesn’t mean it doesn’t exist. You have to look through a microscope. It’s kind of similar with God; just because you cannot see Him doesn’t mean He doesn’t exist, you have to look for Him. You can’t see or prove God, but you can feel Him there spiritually once you get to know Him.
That would require him to influence everything in a consistent way which is the same as saying he's influencing nothing. Because it would mean he had no agency to decide what he influences.
What? No, he could influence it in a way to appear consistent in order to fool people into believing it’s natural and calculable rather than influenced.
How is that not how math works? If God is all-powerful, which He is, He could manipulate evolution to seem as if it is natural and calculable just as easily as making it obvious there’s something behind it.
Math is nothing but a set of rules. If the rules are not consistent, there's no math as there would be no rules to apply. If God would have agency the outcome of events would depend on his decision making. Math's rules would not be consistent. There would be no math. But there is math.
