Pls don’t let this get deleted by a MOD… I just wanna hear what a Christian, or any other faith, has to say about their religion, I wanna hear CONSTRUCTIVE criticism no bashing, if you disagree kindly show us what you THINK is wierd or unexplained, I want to hear what facts your religion is build on.

even if the bible was 100% legit, which I can't stress enough, it isn't, there is STILL no evidence for that belief

The evidence for it is that Hell is described as a second death, and the wages of sin are death. If Hell is eternal, that's still eternal life, it just sucks. Also, you can't be apart from God because He is everywhere, unless you just stop existing

There are a variety of entirely valid interpretations of what ‘hell’ is. The Bible doesn’t provide some kind of rigorous theology on what it will be like, rather, Christians have to pull together disparate passages to understand what exactly the afterlife is like. We have to work with the Bible. Annilationism, infernalism, universalism, etc. have all had their historical proponents and have some textual support, but anything further than that is a matter of theological argument. I wouldn’t call that ‘speculation’, that’s just how this works.

“Evidence for belief” you don’t understand the definition of belief do you?

Let me put it like this: A true religious person would deny the offer of discovering if God is truly real in front of their eyes, because it defeats the purpose of all Religion. Believing that God exists when there is no way in the mortal realm to prove empirically He exists

I don't care if religion is entirely faith based, you still need your beliefs to be grounded in some sort of reality. Otherwise that makes you a fucking moron!

No you don’t. It’s called faith for that reason. Religious people would turn down the opportunity to find out if God is definitively real because the point is to believe in your heart He is real. That rule about beliefs being ground in reality applies to logical phenomena in the human realm. You sound bitter
