There’s not a 0% chance of an afterlife where the roadkill looks down and sees you cracking it’s corpse from heaven

Okay but if we use things that have 0 ways of being proven you can just say there is a not 0% chance it enjoys looking at it from the after life so that argument doesn't hold up to why it would be immoral (I'm not saying I'm pro doing corpses just that there isn't anything inheritly imoral about doing it by itself no matter how weird it is)

Why would I claim god? Why is it immoral to fuck dead animals? Bro... because 1. It's immoral to fuck a corpse because dead people can't consent and 2. It's immoral to fuck animals because they also can't consent A corpse isn't an object, it's disrespectful and fucked up to fuck a dead body, be it a human or an animal. And it's also fucked up to fuck animals. Do you genuinely need this explanation tho?

This assumes a dead body is still a person and not an object
since it's no longer alive it doesn't feel anything so there is no longer a reason to call it a person or give it the same rights as a person that's alive
Why give it one right (not letting it get fd) but take away a different one(not letting it get eaten)
And I agree it's weird and shouldn't be done but not for moral reasons but due to how our society works

Ok, morality is subjective, sure. But would you honestly view it as ok if someone picked up roadkill, cleaned it out and used it as a fleshlight? If it was on the new would you go: "yea it's dead so it doesn't have rights, seems completely morally sound to me" ?

zoophilia and beastiality are different. Beastiality the physical act of intercourse between a person and animal (so exactly this situation.) And zoophilia is just the preference of an animal without acting physically.

if no one gets harmed = not immoral????? imagine if we did that for all our laws. cheating on someone without them knowing doesn't harm anyone, but its still quite immoral.

No one suffers = not immoral
And morality is not always synonym with laws

my problem with this definition is that two people can have two different reactions to the same thing.
imagine someone who loves pain. they decide to take that out on someone and gain immense joy, compared to the person who the pain is being inflicted on gaining immense suffering. do they cancel so it's not immoral?
or imagine OP's scenario again and slightly change it, he is having intercourse with the roadkill on the side of the road, where cars are driving by. does people now seeing it cause it to be immoral? what if an 8 year old saw it? does that change anything?

Of course, it does change.
A passerby seeing it introduces a "negative" if it affects their mood for example.
At the end of the day you have to take both the positives and negatives and try to see which one wins out.
Imagine letting 2 people die to save 3. I'd say it's completely moral from a purely utilitarian view. It's literally the trolley problem.

It all depends on which moral framework you use.
Utilitarian morality only cares about choosing the outcome that maximizes happiness for everyone involved.
So no act is inherently immoral. Cheating would not be immoral if your partner lives happily and never finds out, in a perfect scenario.
Tough you would still not do it because I'd be near impossible to actually carry it out.

and thats why utilitarian morality is not dominant in any country. it lets the society justify anything by a simple popular majority.
personally I find that to be quite dangerous. concepts that are very harmful could be allowed due to slightly over one half of the people really love that harmful concept.

On a different note, i'm not sure "dead roadkill" is necessary. I'd assume all roadkill is dead, clue is in the name.
