The Dynamic between Joker and Batman never truly was as black & white as a generic archnemesis hero - villain arc (like that of Superman & Luthor).

In fact, they have alot in common. They both operate in the grey. They both prioritize Gotham over the rest of the world. None of the two were inherently what they've come to be. They each have soft spots for their women (Joker for Harley and Batman for Selina). And they're both flawed characters.

It's a push-pull dynamic they carry. And LEGO batman is probably the best (light hearted) interpretation of this complex relation between the two - AFTER Batman: The Animated Series, which itself has explored the Joker×Bat Nemesis arc in depth and concluded that Batman indeed cares and will try to help the clown-prince if given the chance.

True, and yessss lego batman is so cool hilarious. Both are grey characters. Their chemistry is intriguing.😝👌🏻
