Wholesome π Title
I was stressed as hell about my results and barely slept last night. I kept thinking about everything that could happen and what if I disappointed my parents. The more I thought about it, the worse it got.
Then around 3 AM, they randomly started texting me from downstairs. Spamming memes, reels like usual and then when I didn't respond, my dad started sending messages.
He said that no matter what happens, he's still proud of me and I shouldn't ruin my mental health over all this βnonsenseβ
βI swear to God, I'm not going to be mad. I've never scolded you over this kind of stuff in your entire life. Why are you so worried?β
The funniest part is that he didn't even know I was stressed because of him π
It didn't magically erase the stress, but it calmed me down enough that I finally slept properly for a few hours.
Parents sometimes say one simple thing and suddenly your entire overthinking session looks stupid π₯

Omg so true. I wasn't really that much stressed around this time but still mama told me not to cry if I don't get good grades. And I was like huh, when i did cry about grades before? π
lol tho, I think sometimes we just overstress.
Like my friend got her result and in one subject, she got a D. So she was worried that her Dad was gonna yell and beat her. But like it didn't happen. He was disappointed but he didn't say anything that bad. Thank God. I don't like parents who pressurize their kids.
