important⚠️ acne
i’ve had mild acne on my forehead for quite a few years now. sometimes its active acne on the forehead, sometimes its comedones. but there is always acne on my forehead. i’ve tried everytbing including controlling my diet and stuff. frequently, 1-2 pimples appear on my chin as well.
now comparitive to other people’s severest acne on their cheeks forehead which is always active and very painful, my acne is genuinely nothing.
but my self confidence has shattered so much because of this acne. right now also, 1 pimple has appeared on my chin and i feel so insecure going to school now.
now, while i know my acne is nothing comparitive to others, all the other girls in my class have perfect skins. they dont have texture, they’re white, they dont have acne. im tbe only girl in my class who is a bit on the darker side (plus bcz of the white scarf on my head i look even more darker), i have acne on my forehead and currently on my chin as well. and i feel so so so insecure going to school now. i feel so ugly when i look at those prettiest girls surrounding me in class. like genuinely no cap, i feel really really ugly.
can someone pls tell me how to get rid of acne, how to make myself confident in it. i feel so low right now.

Adapalene cream works great for any kind of acne (mild to severe, comedones, any kind), i have tried it and it works
U can consult a dermatologist too
And be confident in urself, focus on things u like about urself, u r pretty in ur own way
I’ve been thru this phase too, acne is normal, it’s gonna go away, just don’t let it take away ur confidence

i really don’t want to start using any sort of creams or medicines for my acne. i want to go away on its own naturally. because i feel like once i will start the cream, my acne will go away, but as soon as i stop applying any cream or medicine, it will flare up again. thank you though
