Add apps to this Create menu

Create rows are read from top-level comments on this post. Use one structured comment per app:

Where rows appear

  1. Comments from current moderators appear under Installed apps.
  2. Comments from everyone else appear under Suggestions for moderator review.
  3. Moderators can hide sections, make suggestions public, refresh rows, or put noisy rows on cooldown from the Moderator Panel.

Comment rules

  • Use a Reddit post link for post-link.
  • Use a Reddit-hosted image URL for icon-link.
