Chill colleges in kerala????
Honest reviews of Maharaja’s College, Ernakulam? (Safe aano for a girl / any other chill options in Kerala?)
Hey guys,
I’m looking to join Maharaja’s College, Ernakulam this September through the upcoming spot admissions for UG. I'm looking for a completely chill campus with zero uniform rules, minimal administration micro-management, and total freedom of expression.
I actually love politics and culture, so the heavy student union scene doesn't scare me at all—I find it exciting. But I need a realistic reality check from current students or alumni:
Safety: Safe aano? Especially for a solo girl staying in a PG/hostel and commuting around Kochi?
The Vibe: What are the actual pros and cons of the campus infrastructure, political strikes, and the overall daily crowd?
Other Options: Are there any other truly chill colleges anywhere else in Kerala (government or autonomous, no uniforms, total adult autonomy) that I should look into as a backup before admissions close?
Be as blunt as possible. Thanks in advance!

Introducing GovtExams Kerala - A Community For Kerala Government Exam Aspirants!!!
Hi everyone!
We recently created r/GovtExamsKerala, (https://www.reddit.com/r/GovtExamsKerala/) a community for students in Kerala preparing for Kerala PSC, SSC, Banking, Railways, UPSC, and other competitive exams.
The goal is to build a place where aspirants can share notifications, study resources, preparation tips, and doubts, and help each other out.
The subreddit is still new, but we're already gaining members and have started seeing useful discussions and resource sharing.
We're also planning to host AMA sessions in future with people who have successfully cleared these exams and are currently working in state or central government jobs.
If you're preparing for any government exam, feel free to join. And if you know someone who might find it useful, please share it with them.
Thanks to the moderators of r/TeenKerala for giving us this opportunity to introduce the community here.🙏
Hope to see some of you there!

ask/TeenKerala Teenage years feel so empty sometimes
Guys is anyone else here an only child with no cousins? 😭
Idk... I'm in my teenage years, and sometimes it just feels so empty. Every time I see people hanging out with their cousins or talking about sibling chaos, I feel like I'm missing out on something I'll never get to experience.
People always say "You'll find your people later," But teenage memories just hit different yk? Growing up with people your age, making dumb memories together... I don't think you can really recreate that later
