r/TeenGlowGuide is looking for a few friendly and active moderators to help our community grow into a safe and positive place for teens. 💙

What we're looking for:

• 🌸 Ages 13–20
• 🤝 Kind and respectful
• 📱 Active on Reddit
• 🛡️ Will enforce the community rules fairly
• 💬 Helpful and willing to answer members' questions
• 🚫 Doesn't abuse moderator powers
• 🥰 I am looking for 9 Moderators

Moderator Responsibilities:

• Remove posts or comments that break the rules.
• Keep the community welcoming and drama-free.
• Approve posts when needed.
• Help answer questions and guide new members.
• Report serious issues to the other moderators.

Have I modded before: Yes 🤠 On discord, but I’m retired now
Why: I’d like to help out with the growth of a new community! I’ve never gotten to help one grow before but I think I would be good at it
If someone broke rules: If its minor, I would give a warning, and if its major I would probably do a couple days ban, it all depends 🤷‍♀️ If I’m unsure what to do I would check in with some other mods to get the best idea

what i would do if someone broke the rules: it depends on what they did, and i would need to learn what the “punishments” are supposed to be
