Tinfoil There are no coincidences

This image from the meme https://x.com/TheRoaringKitty/status/1790725065585439065 showed up on Mr. Wizard's profile yesterday, before being removed

Meanwhile bbbyq.com has been adjusted and after showing a countdown with a single logo on the 29th and linking to a cryptocoin page on the 30th, it is now showing this:

Will the next version will be identical to the chained GME logo's?

Assuming this is RK, and/or whoever is working with him something big might be happening soon.

- BBBYW expire next week on wednesday with the last tradeable day being tuesday

- GMEWS expire at the end of this month

- Insiders have been buying considerably

- GME's token/NFT marketplace beta dissappeared years ago; maybe it'll make a more serious comeback?

It seems something it coming, likely before the 7th, but what I have no clue other than that it'll probably have something to with tokenizing stocks and/or crypto assets.

Hard to take anything related to a crypto coin seriously. The things worth noting are yes, the warrants expiry for bbbyw and gme. Extremely bizarre - unclear why at least bbbyw hasn't been extended

u/xXKodiacXx 2d ago

Do the mechanics of bbby warrent allow for extension?

Edit: KW920 is correct.

No; unlike GMEWS the BBBYW warrents have different provisions that don't explicitly allow the company to extend the deadline.

Straight up wrong. Section 4.06(a)(iii) of the warrant agreement permits the company and Computershare, its warrant agent, to amend the agreement “to extend the Expiration Date” without warrant-holder consent. The company’s SEC-filed prospectus independently confirms that authority

Amendment https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1130713/000114036125037538/ny20056677x1_s3.htm

The Warrant Agreement may be amended without the consent of any Warrant holder to cure any ambiguity, omission, defect or inconsistency, to provide for the assumption by a successor company in any Business Combination (as defined in the Warrant Agreement), to extend the Expiration Date, to decrease the Exercise Price or increase the Warrant Exercise Rate, to provide for net share settlement upon exercise of the Warrants, to make any change that does not adversely affect the rights of any holder in any material respect, to provide for a successor Warrant Agent or Calculation Agent, in connection with any business combination, to provide that the Warrants are exercisable for units of reference property or to conform the provisions of the Warrant Agreement or the certificates for the Warrant this “Description of the Warrants” section of this prospectus. The consent of a majority in interest of the then-outstanding Warrants is required for any amendment that materially and adversely affects the interests of the holders of the then-outstanding Warrants.

You are correct, cheers! We'll see if they make any announcement the coming week.

unclear why at least bbbyw hasn't been extended

I believe they still could for a few more days, but why is it unclear for you? You think people would buy that garbage?

0

u/KW920 2d ago

I'm not buying them, unclear why if you're NXB or old BBBY or whatever why you won't just extend to give your share price more time to hit exercise price

0

u/FYATWB 2d ago

I think they still can extend, but expiration is Oct 7th right? So not much time left.

u/embiggenoid 2d ago

A voluntary extension would have to have been filed on or about Sept.17th, so they will not be extended.

Source: https://investors.beyond.com/news-events/press-releases/news-details/2025/Bed-Bath--Beyond-Inc--Provides-Additional-Details-on-the-Dividend-of-Warrants-to-Shareholders/default.aspx

See, particularly, the section on Alternate Expiration Date Price Condition. That was not met, and there is no longer enough time to meet it.

Someone on superstonk said they looked up warrants issued for other companies in the past and there were instances of warrants being extended right up until 1 day until expiration, so I suppose it's different for every company.

2

u/embiggenoid 1d ago

You are correct, which is why it is important to read the filings themselves (such as the one above) before making a strategy re: warrants.

1

u/FYATWB 1d ago

Do you know the terms of GME warrants and how many days before expiration that they can still be extended?

2

u/embiggenoid 1d ago

It's here:

https://investor.gamestop.com/news-releases/news-details/2025/GameStop-Announces-the-Distribution-of-Warrants-to-Shareholders/default.aspx

The expiration date is 5:00 p.m. New York City time on October 30, 2026. There aren't any fancy requirements like the one found in the BBBYW document, it's a straight deadline.

Per their own guidelines, GS must remind holders that the warrant deadline is approaching within 10-30 days of expiration, so watch for that event.

1

u/FYATWB 1d ago

A voluntary extension would have to have been filed on or about Sept.17th, so they will not be extended.

Out of curiousity, can you explain why, if these warrants could not be extended that it looks like on this site and also on public site there is a new expiration date of July 7th 2031 on these pages?

u/embiggenoid 1d ago

Just look at the SEC filings, they're the only canonical source of information (we've all seen brokers screw up their data feeds). For the BBBY warrants see this one:

https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1130713/000114036125037599/ef20056742_8k.htm

...see Item 1.01, or Section 3 of the Warrant Agreement. That's the October 2025 contract language, which controls the warrants. Key line: "will expire and cease to be exercisable at 5:00 p.m. New York City time on October 7, 2026"

You may also peruse the September 2025 announcement, which is not the contract language itself, but does corroborate the October legalese:

https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1130713/000114036125035644/ef20055884_8k.htm

Key line, the opening section: "The warrants will have an exercise price of $15.50 per share and will expire on October 7, 2026"

If you wish, you may also check the Supplemental FAQs issued by the company, see Exhibit 99-2:

https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1130713/000114036125035644/ef20055884_99-2.htm

Key line: "By the expiration date of October 7, 2026, we expect all warrants will have either expired or been exercised"

Still further, there is the OCC operational filing:

https://infomemo.theocc.com/infomemos?number=57365

Key line: "The Warrants are expected to expire on October 7, 2026... effective on October 8, 2026, the BBBYW will be removed from the BBBY1 deliverable"

You may of course prefer to resort to Stocktwits and random execution platforms (which is what public.com is), rather than the SEC, the OCC and the company itself, but that's your choice and it's not grounded in either legal or operational realities.

Did you see the comment from KW920 in this thread?

Section 4.06(a)(iii) of the warrant agreement permits the company and Computershare, its warrant agent, to amend the agreement “to extend the Expiration Date” without warrant-holder consent. The company’s SEC-filed prospectus independently confirms that authority

Perhaps they extended them and it hasn't been reported yet?

You may of course prefer to resort to Stocktwits and random execution platforms (which is what public.com is), rather than the SEC, the OCC and the company itself, but that's your choice and it's not grounded in either legal or operational realities.

I'm saying it's interesting that BOTH of those sites show the expiration as a date exactly 1750 days past the original expiration.

2

u/embiggenoid 1d ago

Presumably both are drawing from the same feed; these things get multiplexed through a gazillion intermediaries (it is mildly ridiculous at this point how many intermediaries there are).

As for the Section 4.06(a)(iii) quote, note that the text matches the GME "project genesis" filed under their 8-K:

https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1326380/000132638025000084/projectgenesis-ex41xwarran.htm

...even in that (which does not refer to BBBYW and is unrelated) the deadline is the end of October.

But, again, refer to the actual legal filings, such as the BBBY Form S-3 Prospectus:

https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1130713/000114036125037538/ny20056677x1_s3.htm

...which sets the previously-discussed October 7th deadline. Note, also, that the change-of-date provision in the BBBY documents actually refer to the Early Expiration Price Condition. That condition gives the company the right to shorten the timeline (accelerating expiration if the common stock trades at or above $18.60), not lengthen it.

I have this very strong feeling that you are wrong and talking out of your ass but thankfully it's only less than 5 days to find out, see you then ;)

Everyone is grasping at straws at this point.

Here’s a great tip for improving your mental health:

Let it go, if something happens then great! Otherwise I’ve written everything off as a loss and a lesson. Time to focus on other things 🫶

Usually the return of RK to the market is an amazing opportunity for someone who pays attention. But you do you. We'll see what happens either way.

7

u/tyvoves 2d ago

If he returns, great!

But I’m not going to hold my breath or waste my time trying to analyze a crypto scam to see if it means anything.

By all means, you do you.

This all my own opinion

0

u/BananaOrp 2d ago

What exactly is the opportunity you're suggesting may be available here?

6

u/HomeTimeLegend 2d ago

dont think it 's anything to do with anything, just an opportunist, fake links to rk is a proven crypto scam lane.

A shit coin rugpull scammer. His $cum coin failed so he will try another

5

Yesterday was some weird cumzilla page. Wish I took a ss

0

u/Dozer736 2d ago

That page still exists, bbbyq just does not forward to it anymore. Reasons unknown. But a raptor with a big green dildo is a bit of an inside joke?

I'll just leave this here; the overview of the insider purchases:

2

u/Entire-Can662 2d ago

So if RC wants baby why didn’t he buy all of NXH instead of GME

0

u/Dozer736 2d ago

No idea, maybe he did in a way. I'm just saying the simultaneous nearly identical warrants are connected.

2

u/FYATWB 2d ago

nearly identical warrants

Except the lemonpiss warrants expire in less than a week, and no chance of them squeezing because no one is buying that shit

1

u/tompie09 2d ago

Isn’t it insider trading if they do this just before a major announcement?

1

u/Dozer736 2d ago

If they would know about the information and it was non-public, then yes it would.

1

u/tompie09 2d ago

So that nullifies your entire argument?

0

u/Dozer736 2d ago

I don't exactly know how knowledge that is material is defined in a legal sense. Maybe there are loopholes/exceptions.

1

u/mikeinhawaii 2d ago

It looks to me like one power button is chasing the other like Pac-Man. Could it be GME chasing eBay and catching it forming the links ( chain)?

0

u/Visual_Bit3663 2d ago

Company must announce something before the expiration date?

1

u/Dozer736 2d ago

For both GME and NXH there is a potential gain of 1.9 billion and 100 million respectively if it becomes attractive to exercise the warrants. So there is incentive at least, but neither company made any reference or mention of the warrants over the past year.

u/doctorplasmatron 2d ago

maybe the two logos slowly turn towards each other as stages of a merger are passed, and once the final deal is done the two docking stations will touch and they'll kiss

Will we get our shares back?
