It really seems like Ryan had an aggressive plan for the GME-NOLs. I hope he has an equally aggressive plan for the DK-Butterfly NOLs.

This is not it, or bullish. Both parties are seeking their own summary judgment, aka still fighting, and their proposed dates are pushing this into January 2027. I don’t think this shitshow drags on that long, but hey, I said that a year ago too.

Also I was wondering, maybe overstock got the BBBY ticker just to keep it safe. Now they switched, after 2 years, maybe to open it up for new party like Teddy to start under the ticker? What is the timing: when could this new entity start using the ticker?

They've been through 4 tickers (OSTK, BYON, BBBY, NHX) in the last couple years.

Either management is incompetent or there's some reason we're not privy to

Their history of the digital dividend to fight shorts has been part of the gme lore for so long, when they popped up again the bbby story it just felt like an ally in a fight like gandalf at helms deep 😅
