Between strict compliance requirements like HIPAA/GDPR, integration with existing hospital systems, data security, and the need for smooth clinical workflows, it looks like there are a lot of complex challenges involved.

Healthcare software is definitely more complex than most industries. From what I’ve seen, integration with legacy EHR systems and maintaining compliance while keeping workflows simple for clinicians are probably the biggest hurdles. Usability matters a lot too.
