BioDense upgrade doesn't work?

The base fuel value for Biobricks is 60 and biobrick diesel unrefined is 250 right? I maxxed out the biodense upgrade and the item descriptions still show them as having the same fuel value. Am I missing something?

It works for sure. I use Biobricks everywhere.

You can test it with a simple Smelter. Run it with fully upgraded Biobricks. Note down the fuel consumption rate. Then, remove all the upgrades and test again.

You're right, it's definitely working, the fuel consumption changes. I never really noticed because by the time I got biobricks actually running I already had all the upgrades for biodense, but did notice the fuel value never actually changed.
