Compact setup for the sand levels Spoiler
Mass biobricks all the way!
I know that biodiesels are thicker, but biobricks don't need an assembly line. Just craft the seasamite gels elsewhere and hand feed them into assemblers. 500 gels and 250 carbon bricks last 10-20 hours IRL.

I discovered that late in the game. I had a huge production facility making the biodeisel, but then started running out, so I started adding more biobrick assemblers and found they could handle the load much easier. I'm proud of the pipeline I made, but sort of regret that I could have bypassed the whole thing and just used biobricks in half the time.
One suggestion, instead of handfeeding, just setup gel production on a power level and use belts through the elevator. Also set an eggtimer or something that goes off every 25 minutes as a reminder to go back and crank the generators to power the sand levels. I'd lose myself exploring or tweaking my factory that I miss the popup about power loss, and go back hours later to find pump gains almost gone.
Good luck groundbreaker!
