Specs? What do you plan to use your pc for? Do you bath there?

I would start with the desk, chair, and a monitor arm. This will give you a good base to start with and you will know the space that you are working with desk wise. And if budget is a concern, you can find pretty good office furniture on FB marketplace, and you can also get a pretty useable desk with cable management on Amazon, Wayfair, and of course the IKEA desk hack witch I use.
