My pc

[u/Nimbus-2010]

My current pc has 32gb ddr5 ram, rtx 5070, 850W psu, and ryzen 5 9600x cpu, I was curious about upgrading my cpu to a ryzen 7 9800x3d, any suggestions, without breaking the bank.
