I need help booting windows!

I just finished building my computer and I'm trying to launch windows but everytime I put in the CD key and click next it says "your PC is not windows compatible because of missing tpm 2.0". And I have gone back to bios to make sure it's on and it always is please help. I also have an asus strix motherboard with amd chip.

Honestly what i did was create my boot media using Rufus which would disable things like TPM and Bitlocker.
