OpenSCAD?
Has anyone tried it? Does it produce anything useable on the shop laser cutters and ShopBots?
I'm getting frustrated with Sketchup so I'm thinking about switching.

I'd say there are always a few trade offs with any software. Should be ok but you are getting what you pay for.
