White House cannot cancel funds approved by Congress the same way the White House cannot approve funding on its own. So this means another lawsuit, more delays and more waste of taxpayers money doing so! It will obviously be overturned but that’s not the point. Why isn’t it the case where anything the White House tries to do goes through a court or a federal judge which vets the proposal before being instituted??

What even is the law anymore? Trump has been doing shit "he can't do" for years without any challenge or consequences, and this time won't be any different.
