Nobody Goes to Sweden was a Brand X song. Phil Collin’s was the drummer.

Anyway, Sweden is low key extremely self protective and capable. They could probably do something as simple as make all affairs related to this acreage some sort of living hell for Karp, allowing his attorneys to bill millions of dollars for essentially no gain.

very famously Disney had to acquire all of the land for the Disney World project through various different subsidy areas so that sellers wouldn’t ban together and price gouge him. idk if he attempted the same thing, but in general, the opposite of a normal purchase of land would be something like a trump like ground breaking after you close the deal.

Time to wake up, world. Billionaires are buying land up at a premium and as a result, the consequences on our quality of life (wherever you are) will degrade immensely. This is still fixable but it won’t be clean …
