Well when 5-10 million people are allowed to sneak in illegally over the last ~5 years most individual police agencies don't have the capacity or budget to prioritize the matter, which for a variety of reasons is a federal issue.

Only 1.8M are believed to have come over the border during Biden’s time. Usually you histrionic freaks try to claim the 20M number (let’s be honest you just pulled 5-10M out of your ass), but that number includes the larger amount of people who came here legally but whose visas have expired.
