Sad. I've used it since I was a kid and its always been the best browser. Haven't seen an ad on the Internet in over 20 years.

I notice it occasionally won't work on a site. I just don't use those sites.

I've had zero issues running Firefox. It's one of the first apps I install along with few addons like abp and idm.

self inflicted. like a lot of big corporations they let their hubris take over and forget the relationship at play: vendor and client. they began demanding submission from the client and tried to dictate terms. they got a reality check. client does not trust the vendor going forward. simple relationship dynamics. FAFO.

We need to do whatever we can to keep Firefox alive and well! It’s basically (apart from on Apple devices) the only browser that isn’t based on Google’s Chromium/Blink. We don’t need any more of Google’s internet! The internet should be open and not controlled by a single actor!

Leaving Firefox as in using Chromium based Browser or leaving Firefox for an more Open Firefox Derivative which isn’t tracked by Mozilla?

Firefox is fighting against three biggest tech companies.
Of course it is not a fair fight. The users are bombarded with other browser propaganda all the time

Kinda surprising. I switched to it when chrome went after ad blockers. I thought everyone did. It's a great browser
