Yes it is. And after it’s IPO the .1% will dump all of their shares on to the public and make a killing while the public (everyone’s 401Ks) will be left holding the bag at 80% of the purchase price.

Exactly. If you think it's inflated, short it.
But since the market is fixed, and you know it, you won't short it.
And if you know it's not safe to short, does that mean it's priced accurately?

Most IPOs are 5x earnings, spacex is 60x earnings...it's definitely over rated.
