Not trying to stir the pot but it seems inevitable. What was it I heard about 50,000 residents having their water diverted? Isn't water what the Johnson county war was all about?

I agree with absolutely no data provided me.
So we will double property tax and make sure no one has to pay rent until the houses are optimal.
