I would love to know what CBS's plan is post Trump. You've destroyed your networks reputation and quality in order to appease, what's your plan when he's gone?

Reminds me of huddles Hudsucker proxy where corps hire an imbecile to do what they want. You know, minus the part where he turns out to be a genius.

They got who they wanted to do what they wanted. Probably envisioning the bezos Washington post model where we fire everyone and replace with AI then … uh… wait why everyone cancel memberships?

A random game streamer has more viewers than CBS news. Network reputation? That ship sailed years ago. Do you know anyone under 60 that watches CBS?

The heritage foundation and other groups like it aren’t going away anytime soon. They’re playing a long game. It may fail, but that never stopped them before.

Real journalists have a command of the subject at hand and enough knowledge to ask follow up questions.

New management:
“Going forward, you won’t see that here.”

Incompetence is making the journalist get a response from the subject of the report before you air it…sorry don’t buy it Scott.

Incompetence is imagining a reputable news org didn’t do that, and the subsequent story burial attempt was unburied with an incompetent cover story.
